This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
drm/amd: Tighten permissions on VBIOS flashing attributes
to the 6.3-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
drm-amd-tighten-permissions-on-vbios-flashing-attributes.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.3 subdirectory.

Non-root users shouldn't be able to try to trigger a VBIOS flash
or query the flashing status. This should be reserved for users with the
appropriate permissions.
