Patch "net: sched: move rtm_tca_policy declaration to include file" has been added to the 5.15-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    net: sched: move rtm_tca_policy declaration to include file

to the 5.15-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     net-sched-move-rtm_tca_policy-declaration-to-include.patch
and it can be found in the queue-5.15 subdirectory.

    rtm_tca_policy is used from net/sched/sch_api.c and net/sched/cls_api.c,
    thus should be declared in an include file.
    
    This fixes the following sparse warning:
    net/sched/sch_api.c:1434:25: warning: symbol 'rtm_tca_policy' was not declared. Should it be static?
