Patch "Bluetooth: Improve support for Actions Semi ATS2851 based devices" has been added to the 6.1-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    Bluetooth: Improve support for Actions Semi ATS2851 based devices

to the 6.1-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     bluetooth-improve-support-for-actions-semi-ats2851-b.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.1 subdirectory.

    Add two more quirks to resume the device initialization and basic
    operation as the device seems not to support "Read Transmit Power"
    and "Set Extended Scan Parameters".
