This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
drm/amd/display: Enable P-state validation checks for DCN314
to the 6.1-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
drm-amd-display-enable-p-state-validation-checks-for.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.1 subdirectory.

drm/amd/display: Enable P-state validation checks for DCN314

[Why]
To align with DCN31 behavior. This helps avoid p-state hangs in
the case where underflow does occur.
[How]
Flip the bit to true.
