drm/msm/dpu: Fix some kernel-doc comments
to the 6.1-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
drm-msm-dpu-fix-some-kernel-doc-comments.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.1 subdirectory.

drm/msm/dpu: Fix some kernel-doc comments

Make the description of @init to @p in dpu_encoder_phys_wb_init()
and remove @wb_roi in dpu_encoder_phys_wb_setup_fb() to clear the below
warnings:
