commit e2fe92702ae8bbcddb7edce39062555a7b4f0c64
Author: Josef Bacik <josef@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Wed Sep 14 11:06:36 2022 -0400

    btrfs: move btrfs_print_data_csum_error into inode.c

    [ Upstream commit f60acad355cf14ccccf420e6ea0ddd6de87cb210 ]

This isn't used outside of inode.c, there's no reason to define it in
btrfs_inode.h. Drop the inline and add __cold as it's for errors that
are not in any hot path.
