Revert "proc: don't allow async path resolution of /proc/self components"
to the 5.10-stable tree which can be found at:

This reverts commit 8d4c3e76e3be11a64df95ddee52e99092d42fc19.
No longer needed, as the io-wq worker threads have the right identity.
