This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
igc: Add checking for basetime less than zero
to the 5.15-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
igc-add-checking-for-basetime-less-than-zero.patch
and it can be found in the queue-5.15 subdirectory.

igc: Add checking for basetime less than zero

Using the tc qdisc command, the user can set basetime to any value.
Checking should be done on the driver's side to prevent registering
basetime values that are less than zero.
