IB/mad: Don't call to function that might sleep while in atomic context
to the 5.15-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-5.15 subdirectory.

Tracepoints are not allowed to sleep, as such the following splat is
generated due to call to ib_query_pkey() in atomic context.
