This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled ASoC: pcm512x: Fix PM disable depth imbalance in pcm512x_probe to the 6.1-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: asoc-pcm512x-fix-pm-disable-depth-imbalance-in-pcm51.patch and it can be found in the queue-6.1 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. commit a29730eeac1c1b5bc3a273aa71685c847fe8f9d3 Author: Zhang Qilong <zhangqilong3@xxxxxxxxxx> Date: Thu Sep 29 00:04:02 2022 +0800 ASoC: pcm512x: Fix PM disable depth imbalance in pcm512x_probe [ Upstream commit 97b801be6f8e53676b9f2b105f54e35c745c1b22 ] The pm_runtime_enable will increase power disable depth. Thus a pairing decrement is needed on the error handling path to keep it balanced according to context. We fix it by going to err_pm instead of err_clk.
