This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled ASoC: wm5102: Fix PM disable depth imbalance in wm5102_probe to the 4.19-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: asoc-wm5102-fix-pm-disable-depth-imbalance-in-wm5102.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.19 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. commit 13510872b66337eef5c4de6f6a6f598c20912785 Author: Zhang Qilong <zhangqilong3@xxxxxxxxxx> Date: Thu Sep 29 00:01:15 2022 +0800 ASoC: wm5102: Fix PM disable depth imbalance in wm5102_probe [ Upstream commit fcbb60820cd3008bb44334a0395e5e57ccb77329 ] The pm_runtime_enable will increase power disable depth. Thus a pairing decrement is needed on the error handling path to keep it balanced according to context. We fix it by moving pm_runtime_enable to the endding of wm5102_probe.
