This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
selftests: timers: valid-adjtimex: build fix for newer toolchains
to the 4.19-stable tree which can be found at:
http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary
The filename of the patch is:
selftests-timers-valid-adjtimex-build-fix-for-newer-.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.19 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

Toolchains with an include file 'sys/timex.h' based on 3.18 will have a
'clock_adjtime' definition added, so it can't be static in the code:
