This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    tcp: Fix data-races around sysctl_tcp_ecn.

to the 5.18-stable tree which can be found at:
    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary

The filename of the patch is:
     tcp-fix-data-races-around-sysctl_tcp_ecn.patch
and it can be found in the queue-5.18 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

    While reading sysctl_tcp_ecn, it can be changed concurrently.
    Thus, we need to add READ_ONCE() to its readers.
