iio: adc: ad7124: Remove shift from scan_type

    [ Upstream commit fe78ccf79b0e29fd6d8dc2e2c3b0dbeda4ce3ad8 ]

The 24 bits data is stored in 32 bits in BE. There
is no need to shift it. This confuses user-space apps.
