This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
media: si470x: Avoid card name truncation
to the 4.14-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
media-si470x-avoid-card-name-truncation.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.

media: si470x: Avoid card name truncation

The "card" string only holds 31 characters (and the terminating NUL).
In order to avoid truncation, use a shorter card description instead of
the current result, "Silicon Labs Si470x FM Radio Re".
