net: mvpp2: Fix error return code in mvpp2_open()
to the 5.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
net-mvpp2-fix-error-return-code-in-mvpp2_open.patch
and it can be found in the queue-5.9 subdirectory.

Fix to return negative error code -ENOENT from invalid configuration
error handling case instead of 0, as done elsewhere in this function.
