arm64: dts: fsl: fix endianness issue of rcpm
to the 5.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-5.9 subdirectory.

arm64: dts: fsl: fix endianness issue of rcpm

Add little-endian property to RCPM node (for ls1028a,ls1088a,ls208xa),
otherwise RCPM driver will program hardware with incorrect setting,
causing system (such as LS1028ARDB) failed to be waked by wakeup source.
