ipv6: Fix error path to cancel the meseage
to the 5.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
ipv6-fix-error-path-to-cancel-the-meseage.patch
and it can be found in the queue-5.9 subdirectory.

genlmsg_cancel() needs to be called in the error path of
inet6_fill_ifmcaddr and inet6_fill_ifacaddr to cancel
the message.
