This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled RDMA/cma: Combine cma_ndev_work with cma_work to the 5.9-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: rdma-cma-combine-cma_ndev_work-with-cma_work.patch and it can be found in the queue-5.9 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. commit 437e077f4f9a5c400db83465e848f9e8c893fbe6 Author: Jason Gunthorpe <jgg@xxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed Sep 2 11:11:19 2020 +0300 RDMA/cma: Combine cma_ndev_work with cma_work [ Upstream commit 7e85bcda8bfe883f4244672ed79f81b7762a1a7e ] These are the same thing, except that cma_ndev_work doesn't have a state transition. Signal no state transition by setting old_state and new_state == 0. In all cases the handler function should not be called once rdma_destroy_id() has progressed passed setting the state.
