This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
media: usbtv: Fix refcounting mixup
to the 5.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
media-usbtv-fix-refcounting-mixup.patch
and it can be found in the queue-5.9 subdirectory.

The premature free in the error path is blocked by V4L
refcounting, not USB refcounting. Thanks to
