This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
ionic: no link check while resetting queues
to the 5.7-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
ionic-no-link-check-while-resetting-queues.patch
and it can be found in the queue-5.7 subdirectory.

If the driver is busy resetting queues after a change in
MTU or queue parameters, don't bother checking the link,
wait until the next watchdog cycle.
