This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled btrfs: block-group: refactor how we delete one block group item to the 5.7-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: btrfs-block-group-refactor-how-we-delete-one-block-g.patch and it can be found in the queue-5.7 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. commit 7614fc195e34059bc7b2ac29cf2acbab1ac58019 Author: Qu Wenruo <wqu@xxxxxxxx> Date: Tue May 5 07:58:21 2020 +0800 btrfs: block-group: refactor how we delete one block group item [ Upstream commit 7357623a7f4beb4ac76005f8fac9fc0230f9a67e ] When deleting a block group item, it's pretty straight forward, just delete the item pointed by the key. However it will not be that straight-forward for incoming skinny block group item. So refactor the block group item deletion into a new function, remove_block_group_item(), also to make the already lengthy btrfs_remove_block_group() a little shorter.
