This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
mfd: lp8788-irq: Uninitialized variable in irq handler
to the 4.4-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

Instead to being true/false, the "handled" is true/uninitialized.
Presumably this doesn't cause that many problems in real life because
normally we handle the IRQ.
