This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
iwlwifi: actually check allocated conf_tlv pointer
to the 5.6-stable tree which can be found at:
http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary
The filename of the patch is:
iwlwifi-actually-check-allocated-conf_tlv-pointer.patch
and it can be found in the queue-5.6 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,
please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it.

Commit 71bc0334a637 ("iwlwifi: check allocated pointer when allocating
conf_tlvs") attempted to fix a typoe introduced by commit 17b809c9b22e
("iwlwifi: dbg: move debug data to a struct") but does not implement the
check correctly.
