This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
PCI: Fix missing inline for pci_pr3_present()
to the 5.4-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
pci-fix-missing-inline-for-pci_pr3_present.patch
and it can be found in the queue-5.4 subdirectory.

The inline prefix was missing in the dummy function pci_pr3_present()
definition. Fix it.
