Firewall conditions for OpenSSH client

Hi,

What are the windows firewall conditions for an OpenSSH client in
order to be able communicate with server?
Any ports need to be opened on client? or something else?

Here is the command i use:

ssh -L 30300:localhost:8080 -R 1037:localhost:55555  -F ssh_config
