Charset problem...

Good day,

not always and I have not figured WHY and HOW, but most messages coming
from one person have a Header of:

From: =?iso-8859-1?Q?K=E4rt_Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx?= <kart.xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx@xxxxxx>
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

But it is shown as:

Krt Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx <kart.xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx@xxxxxx>

and if I respond, it looks like I have seen it and Squirrelmail respond
in UTF-8:

To: =?utf-8?B?IkvDr8K/wr1ydCBKdWhhc29vLUxhd3JlbmNlIg==?=
<kart.xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx@xxxxxx>
User-Agent: SquirrelMail/1.4.23 [SVN]
Content-Type: text/plain;charset=utf-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

Can someone enlight me please?

My Debian installation is UTF-8.

Thanks in avance
