All this is handled by your mail server or account system. SquirrelMail doesn't have
a default login because it doesn't manage your user accounts. SquirrelMail is just
the front end to access your user accounts, essentially just a viewer. You need to
find out how your server handles user accounts, how to add them. Those accounts
won't be created within SquirrelMail, they will just be accessed via SquirrelMail
once they already exist.
