You will need to be provide more specifics about the problem, and probably 
put it on a different mailing list as this doesn't sound like a 
squirrelmail problem.

Squirrelmail doesn't "transfer" mail.  It's just a web based imap email client.

Several plugins inside squirrelmail can adjust other mail functions, like 
forwarding or filtering.  But those forwarding and filtering fuctions 
aren't a part of squirrelmail.  They are a part of the underlying email 
system.
