Message list and Individual message view reports no subject.  I get to it
by going to next or previous message from a message with a subject.

Shows up on Debian desktop and Windows 7-64 pro (language EN).
May be related but occasionally I get the White ? in a black diamond which
indicates an unreadable utf-8 character.
