SquirrelMail is only email client. Authentication options depend on your
IMAP server and they are outside of IMAP client control.

RBAC model is not used in email world. You might get something close with
shared and public IMAP mailboxes or advanced SASL PLAIN authentication
features or with virtual user accounts that point at same mail store.
