We have been having a login problem the past few days.
Using the browser based login from a Windows PC (desktop or notebook) users log
in and get a message "you must be logged in to view this page". We
are usually able to log in while this is occurring using our Android-based
phones but another user with an iPhone can not. The problem is transient as we
can sometimes log in with our PCs, but only a small percent of the time. Sorry if this has already been addressed, I'm new to the
list. Has anyone seen this and is there a fix? Pat |
