How did you install SquirrelMail? Please look at the bottom of include/validate.php and see if the timezone code block is there: http://squirrelmail.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/squirrelmail/branches/SM-1_4-STABLE/squirrelmail/include/validate.php?r1=13893&r2=14057&view=patch If that code is there, we'd have to know what page requests -- what log actions -- are triggering these warnings.
