Tried it:

ls -l squirrelmail/
total 8
drwxr-xr-x. 2 apache apache 4096 Oct 29 20:14 attachment
drwxr-xr-x. 2 apache apache 4096 Oct 29 20:13 data

No luck.

Then tried 777. Still no luck!

FWIW, selinux is permissive.

Completely puzzzled!
