SquirrelMail has setting, which list special folders before normal ones.
Check SquirrelMail configuration (conf.pl -> 3.  Folder Defaults -> 9.
List Special Folders First and 10. Show Special Folders Color). In
default color theme normal folders use black color in left folder listing.
Trash, Sent and Drafts are special folders. They use red color in default
color theme.

In some namespaces SquirrelMail folder list fails to detect correct tree
order and folders are listed in wrong place. If you think that you hit
that bug, provide more information about your problem (real IMAP folder
names, IMAP namespace. listing of subscribed IMAP folders and screenshot
with your problem) and file bug report on SquirrelMail bug tracker. Maybe
SquirrelMail developer can fix the code, if you provide enough
information.
