You have misconfigured email server, local delivery agent or filters. Error
is not related to SquirrelMail.

Email server tried to deliver some message locally and failed, because
delivery tried to execute invalid command. Problem should be specific to
some account or some filtering conditions. If it is global, then you should
be unable to get any emails.
