Message filters not working properly while filtering based on header information

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi all,
I am an administrator of a squirrelmail installation(stable). We use Exim
MTA and Cyrus IMAP server with Spamassasin for spam filtering. Spamassasin
is configured to add 'X-Spam-Status: Yes' to the headers of the email it
considers to be spam. I have configured the message filters to look in the
headers for the string 'X-Spam-Status: Yes' and move the matching messages
to the Junk folder. But in some cases, even when the X-Spam-Status is not
Yes, the messages are getting moved to the Junk folder.

For instance an email with this header,
<snip>
