SquirrelMail has configuration testing utility. You can access it by going
to http://your-server/squirrelmail-path/src/configtest.php

Could you test your configuration and make sure that you don't have any
errors there.

If you have some c:/Data/Data/default_pref file, make sure that it is
readable by anonymous IIS user.
