I don't see zip attachment in bodystructure response. Only 32KB text part.
"Allora ragazzi, ci siamo!" takes less than 1KB. Contact PSCS support.
Maybe they have some beta version with fixes.
Here is a sample bodystructure response for message with pdf attachment.
You should see both text/plain and application/pdf parts.
