Check upload_tmp_dir in your PHP configuration and attachment directory in
SquirrelMail configuration.

Please note that configuration utility reports configuration file version
and not SquirrelMail version. 1.4.0 configuration files are used in all
SquirrelMail 1.4.x versions.
