That's not helpful at all. If you don't even know what happened, how do
you know it's a bug? Please contact your system administrator and ask for
two things:

1. That he/she helps you with your problem.
2. That he/she disables the bug_report plugin so his/hers end-users won't
mail their support question to the wrong forum.

If you happen to be the system administrator, please describe the bug
you're experiencing.
