I don't use it either, but my impression is that it is trying for some
reason to include the main SM config file.  It's probably been written
ages ago and is no longer compatible with newer versions of SM.  I'd
think the code needs to be corrected.  A quick hack might be to change
lines like this errant require_once() so that they have "../../"
instead of just "../" in the path.
