SquirrelMail doesn't receive any mail - it only displays the mail received by the IMAP server. Your problem is most likely in your SMTP server (Sendmail, Postfix, or whatever other SMTP server installed on your system), your IMAP server (Dovecot), or the connection between those two servers. If you have an anti-spam and/or anti-virus solution that might also be the cause. Since your problem isn't with SquirrelMail there's nothing more we can do. Sorry.
