Use the patch that is closest to but not above your version.
spam_buttons-squirrelmail-1.4.4.diff  You can always try it before
doing the patch for real by using the --dry-run switch:

patch -p0 --dry-run < patches/spam_buttons-squirrelmail-1.4.4.diff
