As Chris suggested, check the user preferences, or as a user, go to
Options | Personal information.  You might also consider looking in:

  /etc/mailname
  /etc/hostname

The above format in the config is a little odd, but we've seen it from
some Debian, and Apple, packages, and has been known to cause some
weird behavior.
