Enable SquirrelMail info plugin and execute NAMESPACE command in IMAP
server information options. Or check citadel IMAP namespace with telnet.

telnet 96.28.184.151 143
-Trying 96.28.184.151...
-Connected to 96.28.184.151.
-Escape character is '^]'.
-* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4REV1 NAMESPACE ID AUTH=PLAIN AUTH=LOGIN UIDPLUS
-STARTTLS ACL METADATA] idigitize-server IMAP4rev1 Citadel 7.35 ready
A01 LOGIN some-username some-password
-A01 OK some response
A02 NAMESPACE
-A02 show this response
A03 logout
-connection closed.

End users don't have to setup special folders in user preferences, if
admin configures interface correctly.
