default value for this option to t

[webutil@webutil ]$ flat2sql.pl --data_dir=./data/ --abook --pref --sig
--db=db_webutil_2  --pref_table=userprefs --abook_table=address >
files_2_db_2.sql
[webutil@webutil ]$ grep -ci 'Dmitry Banchshikov' ./files_2_db_2.sql
0
[webutil@webutil ]$

It seems so that script does not see for preferences in hash directory.
