Maybe there would be if you read the mailing list posting guidelines
and followed them.  You didn't post any of the things that it asks
for.

My guess is that you need to wait for a mail to be delivered to the
account before the quota is updated, but again, this is merely a guess
because you didn't provide any details about your system.
