No, it's a separate plugin that YOU downloaded.

I don't think abook_take has anything to do with this.  I would say
your best bet is to ask me offlist for a copy of sent_confirmation 1.7
and reply on-list as to whether or not that solved the problem.  If
not, we can go from there and get it fixed.
