When you say "block", do you mean "reject" or "toss into trash/junk items" ?

You cannot reject email from the MUA (end user interface), as the mail 
has already been accepted by the MTA.  You can certainly create rules to 
discard received email.

If you want to reject email while it is being delivered based upon mail 
headers, you'll have to configure your MTA.

Mail is either accepted or rejected by the MTA.  Once your MUA see the 
mail, it is too late to reject; all you can do is return a bounce (not a 
good idea in your case most likely) or discard the message.
