You cannot reject email from the MUA (end user interface), as the mail has already been accepted by the MTA. You can certainly create rules to discard received email. If you want to reject email while it is being delivered based upon mail headers, you'll have to configure your MTA. Mail is either accepted or rejected by the MTA.
